Case 1

Patient with a recurrent Basal Cell Carcinoma. You can see the initial tumor, the remaining defect after MOHS surgery, the result after one month and after six months.

Case 3

Patient underwent MOHS surgery due to a Basal Cell Carcinoma on the ear. A: initial tumor. B: final defect after excision. The postauricular flap was used to close the defect.The flap remains attached at one site for blood supply (D, E). After four weeks the pedicle is divided. E, F final result.

Case 5

Patient with a remaining Scar on the Back after Basal Cell Carcinoma. Two tissue expanders were placed under the skin and filled up slowly with water.The expanders were removed and the wound was closed.
