Patient underwent MOHS surgery due to a Basal Cell Carcinoma on the ear. A: initial tumor. B: final defect after excision. The postauricular flap was used to close the defect.The flap remains attached at one site for blood supply (D, E). After four weeks the pedicle is divided. E, F final result.
